Massachusetts Law Requiring OSHA 10-hour Construction Training Card

The State of Massachusetts has a state law requiring most workers on publicly funded construction sites in Braintree MA to possess the OSHA wallet card proving they have successfully completed the OSHA 10 hour construction training course.
