Mandatory OSHA / Labor Law Posters

Federal OSHA requires regulated workplaces post a copy of the OSHA Poster in the workplace to notify employees of their rights under the OSH Act of 1970. In addition to the Federal OSHA Poster, the federal government requires numerous other labor law postings, including the "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law" (EEOC) posting - (includes the new GINA posting), the "Federal Minimum Wage" poster, the "Family and Medical Leave Act: (FMLA) posting, the "Employee Polygraph Notice", the "USERRA - Your Rights Under USERRA" poster, and the new "Employee Rights Under The National Relations Act" (NLRA) poster.

Each state also has mandatory labor law notices that must be posted in the workplace. These notices usually reference state  workers comp information, payday notices, unemployment insurance information, state wage and hour acts, and state OSHA posters (where applicable).
